Contact and enquiry data
When you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, messages and property preferences, to respond to your enquiry and arrange next steps. Processing is based on steps prior to a contract or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not sell your contact data.
Lead handling for agencies
When handling leads on behalf of an agency or developer, we act under a data processing agreement. Lead data is used only to answer, qualify and book those leads, and is handled according to the agency’s instructions. Replies use AI support and are checked by a person. Access is restricted to those who need it to provide the service.
WhatsApp communication
If you choose to communicate via WhatsApp, your phone number and messages are processed to answer you and arrange appointments. WhatsApp is a service of Meta and processes data under its own privacy terms. Its services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Do not send sensitive personal data through WhatsApp. You can contact us by email instead.
Payments through Stripe
Our payment buttons open a Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms. We receive information needed to confirm payment and issue or manage invoices; we do not receive or store full card details on this website. Payment and billing data is processed to perform the contract and meet legal accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
Retention and security
Contact and lead data is kept only as long as necessary for the stated purpose or as required by law. Billing records are retained for applicable statutory periods. We use appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect the data. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, applicable GDPR transfer safeguards are required.
Your rights under GDPR
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions. Contact ceo@absoluteproducersfactory.com to exercise your rights. You may also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority.
This website and external links
This website does not use advertising analytics or set application tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP addresses for delivery and security. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection data. External payment and messaging services have their own privacy terms when you open them.
